Marketing Generalist

Responsibilities

• Design and execute the company's integral marketing strategy
• Develop annual and monthly communication action calendars
• Manage brand communication across digital channels
• Coordinate content strategy for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
• Analyze metrics and results using Google Analytics and other measurement tools
• Coordinate digital campaigns with agencies and specialized providers
• Manage projects related to graphic design, photography, audiovisual production, and content
• Coordinate company participation in exhibitions, fairs, and commercial events
• Administer the Marketing area budget
• Prepare periodic reports with metrics, results, and improvement opportunities
• Work with the sales team to strengthen brand positioning and regional expansion
• Provide operational support in HR processes, including template management and absenteeism control
• Collaborate in the onboarding process for new employees

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing positions
• Experience developing communication and brand positioning strategies
• Knowledge of social media, content generation, and corporate communication
• Experience using Google Analytics
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM
• Experience coordinating agencies, designers, photographers, or external providers
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
