Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Write compelling copy for brochures, press releases, and website materials
• Support the Marketing Manager in executing communications across email, PR, print, and online channels
• Manage marketing activities and lead distribution using CRM software
• Generate qualified sales leads by coordinating activities across all company divisions
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers for graphic design, photography, videography, and printing
• Coordinate event logistics, including exhibition stand setup, banners, and partnership deliverables
• Administer social media accounts by posting relevant content and managing engagement
• Maintain detailed reports on marketing performance, including inbound leads and conversion rates
• Research and build prospect databases to support business growth

Requirements

• 2-3 years of professional experience in a marketing role
• BSc/BA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn and Facebook) and web analytics
• Strong understanding of market research techniques and data analysis
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Experience in stakeholder management and supplier coordination

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SEO and AdWords
• Experience with email marketing execution and industry partnership management
