Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end execution of regional marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and offline channels
• Coordinate timelines, assets, and stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign launches
• Assist in adapting and localizing global campaigns for regional markets
• Collaborate on the development of marketing content, including social media, email, and promotional materials
• Brief and coordinate with designers or external vendors for creative assets
• Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and grassroots activations
• Manage logistics, vendors, and on-ground coordination for marketing events
• Help coordinate influencer, ambassador, and partner initiatives
• Maintain marketing calendars, trackers, and asset libraries
• Assist in tracking campaign performance and compiling reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 1-3 years of relevant marketing experience in a generalist or execution-focused role
• Must be a Malaysia Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with high attention to detail
• Good understanding of digital marketing principles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Canva)
