Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns for both users and drivers to drive acquisition and retention.
• Manage the full campaign lifecycle, including testing, creative production, implementation, analysis, and reporting.
• Optimize multi-channel communications using in-app notifications, pop-ups, email, and social media.
• Build customer segments, track KPIs, and conduct competitor research to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent marketing strategies across the organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in both digital and offline marketing.
• Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Hands-on experience with analytical tools like Google Analytics and CRM/CMS tools like HubSpot.
• University degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a startup or within the logistics and platform-based business sectors.
• Experience in creative production, including copywriting and project management.
• Experience working in a multinational or multicultural environment.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to form and test hypotheses based on numerical data.
