Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Plan, write, and schedule targeted email campaigns for diverse audience segments including traders, investors, and exhibitors
• Build and manage automated workflows for registrations, reminders, and re-engagement
• A/B test email content, subject lines, and CTAs to optimize open and conversion rates
• Maintain and segment CRM databases (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) by audience behavior
• Monitor engagement metrics such as open rates, CTR, and bounce rates to refine outreach strategies
• Plan and execute WhatsApp broadcast campaigns via platforms like Twilio, Interakt, or WATI
• Create action-driven WhatsApp messages for reminders, QR codes, and event announcements
• Collaborate with designers and content writers to develop creative campaign assets
• Support sales and operations teams with tailored CRM campaigns and lead tracking

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in email marketing and CRM management
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or Zoho
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API platforms (e.g., WATI, Twilio, Interakt)
• Strong understanding of email and messaging KPIs
• Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations
• Excellent written English and strong attention to detail
