Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Assist the marketing team with day-to-day activities and contribute to the overall marketing strategy
• Monitor and maintain social media accounts, ensuring research materials are published to internal and external stakeholders
• Help maintain and update marketing and product materials for dissemination
• Manage the dissemination of daily reports, track market news, and produce engagement reports
• Draft marketing materials to promote existing and potential business opportunities
• Support broker and sales teams by providing high-quality materials to acquire and service clients
• Create initial drafts of content, research, and promotional materials
• Design visual content for social media, websites, presentations, and marketing materials
• Produce graphics, animation, and short-form video and audio content
• Support the administration and planning for global company events
• Collaborate with colleagues across European, US, and Asia offices to build presentations for client meetings and conferences

Requirements

• Strong digital design skills with proven experience using relevant design software
• Experience with social media content writing
• Experience with video production and multimedia content creation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive and creative mindset with an interest in digital and social media trends
• Ability to work both collaboratively as a team player and independently with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of commodity markets is helpful but not required
