Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute 12-month marketing plans to reach target audiences
- Develop multi-channel campaigns across email, digital advertising, SEO, social media, and PR
- Drive lead generation initiatives to contribute to delegate revenue
- Build and update event microsites using CMS tools
- Coordinate creative production for print, social assets, and digital ads
- Provide on-site event support, including registration and attendee check-in
- Report weekly on audience engagement and booking trends
- Conduct year-over-year analysis and produce post-event reports
Requirements
- 1–2 years of professional marketing experience, preferably in events or media
- Experience with data segmentation and audience development
- Understanding of SEO and strong copywriting skills
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Duet AI
