Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Write and edit diverse content including blog posts, email campaigns, landing pages, social copy, and ad creatives.
• Support end-to-end campaign execution across paid, owned, and earned channels.
• Manage social media calendars and publishing across platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Assist with on-page SEO optimizations, meta tags, and CRO experiments in collaboration with the web team.
• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and HubSpot to compile regular reports.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Design teams to support product launches and seasonal campaigns.

Requirements

• 2+ years of marketing experience (agency or in-house).
• Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to maintain brand voice.
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to act on performance reports.
• Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, or Canva.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to juggle multiple tasks.
• Ability to work onsite in Bangalore following UK working hours (11:00 AM - 8:00 PM IST).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS or eCommerce industries.
• Basic knowledge of paid media platforms like Meta Ads or Google Ads.
• Exposure to marketing automation workflows.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow.
• Prior experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
