Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Draft high-quality English copy for brochures, website pages, social media, speaker invitations, and sales decks
• Write and schedule event announcements, press releases, email campaigns, and partnership communications
• Edit and proofread internal and external documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and professional tone
• Support the delivery of full marketing campaign plans across email, social media, print, and web channels
• Coordinate with regional marketing teams to localize global assets and maintain brand consistency
• Liaise with international media partners, sponsors, speakers, and agencies regarding marketing deliverables
• Manage content updates across the event website using CMS platforms
• Maintain organized marketing files, version control for creative assets, and campaign trackers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in a marketing, communications, content, or events role
• Strong B2B marketing and events experience
• Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Experience with CMS and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Emarsys, or Eloqua)

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of basic SEO, content best practices, and marketing funnels
• Experience working in a fast-paced, international, or deadline-driven environment
• Ability to work across different time zones and manage multiple stakeholders
