Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end execution of Ditto's webinar program, including coordinating speakers, landing pages, reminders, and post-webinar follow-up flows.
• Attend and moderate live sessions to ensure a high-quality attendee experience.
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track the funnel from registration to policy acquisition.
• Analyze weekly data to identify trends, call out performance issues, and suggest actionable tests.
• Work cross-functionally with performance marketing, influencer marketing, and SEO teams by transforming raw data into strategic insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 0-2 years of experience in a role with a strong data or analytics component.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, including pivot tables and basic lookups.
• Strong numerical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and an ownership mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior exposure to marketing through internships, college clubs, or side projects.
• Familiarity with data tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Basic SQL, or Metabase.
• Interest in or familiarity with personal finance and insurance.
