Dext is a fast-growing fintech transforming bookkeeping through AI and machine learning. Our platform empowers accountants, bookkeepers, and businesses to simplify accounting processes and make smarter, more timely financial decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and execute multi-channel digital campaigns including email, paid digital, webinars, and nurture programmes
  • Manage end-to-end setup of digital events and webinars to drive MQLs and conversion
  • Support the setup of nurture campaigns based on prospect behaviour
  • Deploy expansion campaigns across existing partners to surface opportunities for Account Management
  • Collaborate with global campaign, data, and sales teams to ensure effective lead capture and follow-up
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, including MQLs, funnel metrics, and conversion rates
  • Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual events, including vendor liaison and attendee communications
  • Localise and distribute assets for new product releases or global initiatives
  • Record and track campaign and event spend, including POs and invoice coordination

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a marketing executive or specialist role, ideally in SaaS or fintech
  • Experience working within or alongside global teams
  • Hands-on experience with CRM technology such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Solid understanding of digital campaign execution (email, paid media, webinars, nurture flows)
  • Experience supporting or coordinating in-person or virtual events
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Clear cross-functional communication skills
