Marketing Excellence Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination between Product, Business, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment on strategic priorities.
• Monitor deliverables, deadlines, and action plans to ensure project progress.
• Prepare governance meetings, including the creation of supporting documents and presentations for management.
• Track project performance indicators and update dashboards to synthesize key information.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by optimizing processes, methods, and tools.
• Explore the use of digital tools and generative AI to enhance collective efficiency and best practices.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bac+4 or Bac+5 degree (Business School, Engineering, or University).
• High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex data.
• Knowledge of or interest in Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, etc.).
• Experience with or familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in using generative AI tools (such as Copilot or ChatGPT) for professional productivity.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment.
