Marketing & Events Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events, activations, and local experiences across Australia and New Zealand, including trade shows, summits, and partner programs
• Localize and deploy marketing assets, messaging, and social content for regional audiences
• Build partnerships with customers, associations, and industry influencers to increase brand awareness and adoption
• Partner with Sales and Government Affairs to support regional growth and relationship-building efforts
• Track and manage lead capture, event ROI, and post-event follow-up, including pipeline impact
• Coordinate PR content, reputation management, media relations, and locally relevant case studies
• Manage vendor coordination, project timelines, and cross-functional inputs

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in B2B or B2G (government) marketing, field marketing, or events
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
• Native-level fluency in English
• Experience managing external agencies (PR, Digital, CRM, Social Media)
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects independently in a remote environment
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with or in U.S.-based companies
