About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of global third-party and company-owned events
- Research, evaluate, and prioritize industry conferences and sponsorship opportunities
- Build and manage annual and quarterly event roadmaps tied to pipeline targets
- Design and scale company-owned experiences including executive roundtables and client forums
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate commercial contracts
- Establish success metrics including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline influence, and revenue attribution
- Produce detailed performance reporting and post-event analysis
Requirements
- Global B2B event planning and execution experience within enterprise SaaS, fintech, or high-growth tech
- Expertise in revenue marketing strategy and pipeline generation
- Experience in event operations management and logistics planning
- Proficiency in commercial contract negotiation and budget forecasting
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills
