Marketing Events Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute industry conferences, tradeshows, and Atera-hosted meetups and customer gatherings.
• Manage flagship virtual experiences, including Ateraverse and Autonomy Day, to ensure immersive global engagement.
• Handle end-to-end event logistics, including budgeting, contract negotiation, vendor management, booth design, and shipping.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, PR, and Content teams to align event strategy with business goals.
• Maintain meticulous documentation using Salesforce, Monday Boards, and internal event calendars.
• Source and manage event materials, giveaways, and unique experiences for prospects and customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing events management experience specifically within the B2B SaaS industry.
• Proven track record of managing both large-scale live events and high-impact virtual experiences.
• Strong expertise in contract negotiation, budget management, and vendor relations.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects and timelines simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and adapt to last-minute changes.
• Willingness to travel as required for event execution.
