Marketing Events Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end execution of Arcesium’s annual events calendar, including industry conferences, trade shows, and executive dinners
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and negotiations for sponsorship and production
• Lead pre-show logistics including booth design, shipping, registration, and staff scheduling
• Ensure all event touchpoints align with visual identity and product positioning
• Coordinate pre-show and post-show promotion with Demand Generation and Sales teams
• Manage on-site execution, staff briefings, and real-time issue resolution
• Oversee post-show logistics, lead processing in Salesforce/HubSpot, and stakeholder debriefing
• Build and manage the annual events budget and report on performance against KPIs
• Evaluate event performance and recommend future investments based on data

Requirements

• At least 5 years of B2B events marketing experience in a SaaS environment
• Proven track record of running successful conferences for large enterprise audiences
• Experience marketing to financial services audiences (hedge funds, asset managers, or fintech) preferred
• Demonstrated success owning the full event lifecycle as an individual contributor
• Deep experience in vendor management and contract negotiation
• Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
• Excellent project management and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
