Marketing Events Lead, Brand

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand events to increase awareness and establish AI provider mindshare
• Manage a team of full-time and contracted employees
• Lead end-to-end production including concept development, creative direction, and vendor management
• Collaborate with brand creative to develop spatial design and experiential elements
• Partner with communications and policy teams for thought leadership forums
• Manage brand presence at industry conferences and sponsorship activations
• Build scalable event playbooks, templates, and processes
• Track and report on event performance metrics related to awareness and sentiment
• Manage event budgets and timelines

Requirements

• 18+ years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, or brand activations
• Strong portfolio of brand events demonstrating value translation into experiences
• Extensive experience managing the full event lifecycle
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent events and stakeholders
• Experience with people management and running a team
• Ability to travel 30-40% for on-site execution
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience producing events in technology, AI, or enterprise software
• Background in spatial design, experiential production, or brand architecture
• Experience working with policy, government, or academic audiences
• Familiarity with event technology platforms and digital/hybrid production
• Experience developing partner event programs or co-branded activations
