Responsibilities

• Process product seeding and demo orders using NetSuite
• Manage inventory, pack-outs, FedEx labels, and shipment logistics
• Maintain organized storage for gear, accessories, and event equipment
• Coordinate full logistics cycle for events including packing, shipping, and breakdown
• Manage stock levels for branded merchandise and event materials
• Assist with artist and influencer campaign talent sourcing and NDAs
• Track media and dealer partner campaign data
• Handle local driving for FedEx drop-offs and supply sourcing
• Provide light office administration and supply ordering

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Experience with NetSuite and Microsoft Teams
• Background in event coordination, logistics, or process-driven roles
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Valid California driver's license and proof of insurance
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 40 pounds
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
