Marketing Events and Campaigns Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing and testing entries within the OneSource Core Hub and tracking sales-led requests.
• Drive logistical planning for virtual events and in-person field activations, including vendor outreach and asset preparation.
• Draft and schedule engaging social media content, primarily for LinkedIn, to promote upcoming events and highlights.
• Compile digital playbooks, content decks, and operational checklists in collaboration with design and product marketing teams.
• Support the development of "Event in a Box" resources to enable sales-self serve motions.
• Contribute to post-event reporting and pipeline conversion tracking through data gathering and dashboard building.
• Support the testing and refinement of emerging AI platform features and conversational AI triggers.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, MIS, or a related field.
• Available for a full-time 12-week internship, working from the Lisbon office 3–5 days a week.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a "systems-thinking" mindset.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• A proactive, tech-savvy attitude with an interest in marketing automation and AI tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with event coordination, digital campaign tracking, or project management.
• Basic understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce) or marketing automation software (Marketo).
• Proficiency in additional European languages.
