Marketing & Event Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events ranging from intimate briefings to large-scale trade shows and customer activations.
• Develop and execute the regional marketing strategy for the Asia region.
• Support webinar logistics, landing page updates, and lead capture processes.
• Coordinate event logistics, including materials, shipping, and setup for marketing activations.
• Assist with campaign localization and regional content updates.
• Track event performance and assist with post-event reporting.
• Partner with Sales and the Senior Marketing Manager to align on regional needs and priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, events, or administrative support.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to travel approximately 20% across the Asia region.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across time zones.
• Ability to operate independently and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with marketing or event management software.
• Experience working within a hybrid work model.
