Marketing Event Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute various events across North America, including roundtables, webinars, industry events, and partner events
• Develop comprehensive event plans, budgets, and timelines aligned with regional marketing goals
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing teams, subject matter experts, and sales organizations
• Define event KPIs in coordination with marketing leads
• Partner with the global content team to develop event concepts, themes, and designs while maintaining brand consistency
• Manage vendors and oversee event production and logistics
• Handle on-site event management, including setup, venue coordination, tear down, and guest management
• Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and prepare performance reports
• Support organic social media publication and database maintenance

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B event marketing or a similar role
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to travel as required for event execution
• Note: Applicants must be based in the provinces of Ontario or Québec

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Agile methodologies
• Background in consulting
• Interest in the intersection of technology, creativity, and data
