Marketing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell safety products for EOT cranes including Load Controllers and Inclinometers
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in steel plants, heavy machinery manufacturers, and material handling OEMs
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training at client sites
• Build and maintain relationships with purchase, design, maintenance, and safety teams
• Work with design and technical support teams to customize product solutions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to the product development team
• Participate in industrial exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences
• Maintain records of client visits and project pipelines using CRM tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or technical sales within heavy engineering or industrial automation
• Willingness to travel extensively (80%+)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling crane automation, safety systems, load monitoring, or hoisting equipment
• Familiarity with industrial regions and clients in steel, cement, power, ports, or manufacturing sectors
