Marketing Director

Responsibilities

• Develop differentiated product positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions for target audiences.
• Lead end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) planning for new products, enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
• Manage and mentor the creative team, including designers and external agencies, to ensure brand consistency.
• Partner with Events Management to execute comprehensive event strategies, including trade shows and brand activations.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities to drive strategic marketing projects.
• Oversee the creative development process from concept through implementation, serving as the final brand editor.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in product marketing or B2B marketing.
• Proven experience in financial services, fintech, or SaaS industries.
• Demonstrated expertise in GTM launch strategies and creative development processes.
• Strong experience managing external partnerships, negotiating contracts, and overseeing budgets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written, editing, and presentation skills.
