Marketing Director

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction for the country business plan, focusing on both the energy drink (the can) and the media business.
• Drive the successful launch and sustainable growth of Red Bull TV and Red Bull Media House in the local market.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans, including ATL and BTL strategies, to win new consumers and increase brand loyalty.
• Oversee the sports and culture programs to ensure the brand remains an authentic and relevant player in local scenes.
• Manage the marketing team, including sourcing, hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Drive marketing innovation through consumer-relevant events, athlete performance programs, and digital/social media engagement.
• Ensure premium execution of all brand experiences and maintain strict budget management to achieve profit commitments.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial position.
• University degree or equivalent commercial education and experience.
• Proven experience in the FMCG industry, including knowledge of sales, distribution, and consumer behavior.
• Strong strategic leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English.
• Excellent analytical, budgetary, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel 20-30%.
