Marketing Director

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global go-to-market (GTM) strategy targeting merchants and clients for payment gateway and banking services
• Build a marketing roadmap that balances immediate growth wins with long-term industry positioning
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team across multiple regions
• Define Payfuture’s unique brand positioning to ensure a differentiated voice in the global fintech sector
• Drive brand awareness through innovative campaigns, partnerships, and creative initiatives
• Manage external communications, PR, media relations, and thought leadership programs
• Execute comprehensive marketing plans including industry events, digital campaigns, and sales enablement materials
• Partner with sales teams to optimize lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and client acquisition
• Conduct market research to identify strategic opportunities and track competitor and regulatory trends

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in senior marketing leadership roles
• Deep expertise within the fintech or payments industry
• Proven track record in building go-to-market strategies for international and emerging markets
• Strong background in digital marketing, B2B demand generation, PR, and content strategy
• Demonstrated success in driving brand awareness through unconventional marketing approaches
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working across diverse international markets and understanding cultural nuances
