Marketing Director, North America

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the North America marketing strategy in alignment with global direction and business unit priorities
• Lead a high-performing, integrated marketing organization across functional areas including communications, regulatory, and pricing
• Translate market insights into prioritized portfolio choices, compelling value propositions, and quantified growth plans
• Drive end-to-end go-to-market execution, including positioning, messaging, product launches, and sales enablement
• Establish value-based pricing frameworks and governance to improve price realization and portfolio mix
• Lead regulatory strategy and compliance regarding claims, labeling, and marketing materials
• Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Technical, R&D, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure business alignment

Requirements

• Bachelor or master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including at least 5 years at the Director level
• Strong strategic marketing expertise in market segmentation, positioning, and portfolio management
• Proven commercial and financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, ROI, and value-based pricing
• Experience leading multi-functional teams within a matrix or transformation environment
• Willingness to travel within North America (25–35%) for customer visits and industry events
• Experience in animal nutrition, agribusiness, or B2B specialty manufacturing is preferred
