Marketing Director

Responsibilities

• Own marketing strategy and execution across content, web, partnerships, and growth
• Lead and develop a team of specialists including content, design, web, and growth
• Set the roadmap for campaigns and hold the team accountable to performance metrics
• Own growth numbers including acquisition, activation, and funnel performance
• Partner with Executive leadership to align marketing with company KPIs
• Oversee the partnerships pipeline and strategic vendor relationships
• Manage web strategy, site experience, and conversion optimization
• Build brand and content strategy for audiences on TikTok, X, and Discord

Requirements

• Track record of leading a marketing team, ideally in fintech, trading, gaming, or creator economy
• Experience owning growth metrics and full-funnel performance
• Strong people leadership and coaching skills
• Ability to operate across multiple disciplines like content, web, and paid/organic growth
• Genuine interest in trading, markets, or prop firm culture
• Ability to work at high speed in a fast-moving, high-volume environment
• Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a scaling company

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience marketing for fintech, gaming, esports, or creator-economy brands
• Experience building or scaling a marketing function from an early stage
• Existing knowledge of futures trading or the funded trading industry
• Proven track record of creating viral campaigns or content
