About the Company

Jisr HR is a tech-driven HR and Payroll automation software, targeting Saudi-based companies. Its mission is focused on making HR and Payroll management easier than ever by integrating different HR modules in a comprehensive, seamlessly efficient, and easy-to-use software.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with sales and product teams to develop product pricing models, key messaging, and value proposition
• Educate internal and external stakeholders on product features and benefits
• Create marketing programs including sales documentation, product videos, website copy, and blog posts
• Conduct market analysis to understand the competitive landscape and establish differentiators
• Create sales collateral and tools to move prospects through the sales cycle
• Assist sales on calls to provide deep dives into the product
• Speak and present internally and externally to promote the product story
• Lead a small team of product marketing specialists and interns

Requirements

• 6-7+ years of product marketing, product management, or digital marketing experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in marketing or a related discipline
• Proven track record of executing successful product launches
• Exceptional project management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to develop, organize, and maintain process and training documentation
