Responsibilities

• Build the marketing engine behind creator-led media brands in the interest economy
• Turn virality into a repeatable system through format logic and share triggers
• Design channel strategies focused on audience quality and platform-specific roles
• Build playbooks for content distribution across platforms, streamers, and third-party media
• Convert attention into owned audiences via email, community, membership, and events
• Partner with BI to build first-party data loops for smarter campaigns
• Own cultural calendars to ensure brands show up with timing and intent
• Shape creator merch strategies and brand drops
• Build and lead a high-performance marketing team
• Foster a disciplined test-and-learn culture

Requirements

• Senior marketing leader with experience scaling brands in media, entertainment, creator economy, or consumer platforms
• Proven success building owned audience channels and leading distribution partnerships
• Experience running high-output, high-accountability marketing teams across multiple brands
• Deep fluency in the interest economy and attention mechanics
• Systems-led growth mindset focused on designing engines rather than individual campaigns
• Strong grip on platform, streamer, and syndication distribution
• Data-led approach to marketing and audience building
