Marketing Director

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute company marketing and product strategies
• Lead the Marketing Department and manage a team of Product Managers
• Expand the product portfolio and manage successful new product launches
• Collaborate with the Sales Department to support revenue growth and brand development
• Conduct market, trend, and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities
• Oversee marketing communications, advertising campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives
• Manage the marketing budget and monitor ROI of all activities
• Partner with R&D, Production, and Procurement to enhance product offerings
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in marketing
• Experience in the construction materials, construction chemicals, or a related industry
• Strong knowledge of strategic marketing, product marketing, and sales support
• Proven experience in team leadership and marketing project management
• Strong analytical skills and ability to assess market trends
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in English
