Fanatics is building a leading global digital sports platform. Fanatics Collectibles is a new company operating at the intersection of collectibles, culture, and technology, reimagining the collectibles experience for fans, partners, and creators.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies across Latin America, with an emphasis on Brazil.
  • Adapt global brand strategy to local markets to ensure cultural relevance and consistency.
  • Drive brand marketing initiatives including campaigns, partnerships, licensing, events, and social engagement.
  • Lead planning and execution of high-impact activations such as regional events, trade shows, and sports partnerships.
  • Develop and execute integrated, multi-market marketing plans and go-to-market strategies for product launches.
  • Oversee development of locally relevant content and social media engagement strategies.
  • Manage regional marketing budgets, external agencies, and strategic partnerships.
  • Leverage data and consumer insights to optimize marketing effectiveness and ROI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of marketing experience in consumer products, sports, or entertainment.
  • Proven experience leading multi-country marketing across Latin America, specifically Brazil.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect marketing to revenue growth.
  • Experience operating in global, matrixed, and lean environments.
  • Background in brand and integrated marketing.
  • Experience managing strategic partnerships or licensing.
  • Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish, and English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA degree.
  • Experience in resource-constrained, high-growth environments.
