About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead creation, curation, and distribution of content across website, social media, email, and app
- Manage day-to-day social media strategy, content calendars, and community engagement
- Oversee website design, updates, and SEO optimization
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across social, search, and display
- Partner with photographers, designers, and production vendors for matchday content
- Track and report on KPIs for all digital channels to optimize ROI
- Collaborate with Sales and Community Relations on fan engagement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Google Analytics
- Strong understanding of social media trends and platform best practices
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and travel with the team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the sports industry
- Passion for soccer and knowledge of MLS/MLS Next Pro
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Experience creating culturally relevant content for diverse communities
