Marketing Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Own all marketing-sourced leads from various campaigns across all channels including digital, tradeshows, webinars, conferences, and content syndication
• Work historic leads through nurture campaigns and sequences
• Act as a liaison between sales and marketing, providing feedback and recommendations
• Become a product expert to explain how Zip helps potential customers with their needs
• Make recommendations and execute experiments for GTM processes
• Act as an educator and partner on Zip content, updates, and industry trends

Requirements

• Prior work or internship experience in a sales or marketing role
• Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding goals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strategic thinker and problem solver with a solutions-first mindset
• Highly organized, collaborative, metrics-oriented, and goals driven
• Ability to work from the downtown San Francisco office 5 days per week

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and/or SalesNavigator
• Tech experience or proven success in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in a career in sales or marketing
