Responsibilities

  • Respond to and qualify inbound leads from marketing channels
  • Engage prospects via email, phone, and social channels
  • Conduct discovery conversations to assess fit, urgency, and buying intent
  • Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality
  • Meet and exceed monthly targets for qualified opportunities

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in an SDR, MDR, or customer-facing role
  • SaaS experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-first mindset
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple inbound conversations simultaneously
  • Interest in AI, customer experience, or enterprise technology

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Experience with sales engagement platforms
