Responsibilities
- Respond to and qualify inbound leads from marketing channels
- Engage prospects via email, phone, and social channels
- Conduct discovery conversations to assess fit, urgency, and buying intent
- Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM
- Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for qualified opportunities
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in an SDR, MDR, or customer-facing role
- SaaS experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-first mindset
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple inbound conversations simultaneously
- Interest in AI, customer experience, or enterprise technology
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Experience with sales engagement platforms
