Marketing Designer/Video Editor

Responsibilities

• Edit high-performance video content for paid media (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and organic social channels (Reels, Stories).
• Develop motion graphics and animations to enhance video content, including match promos and reactive assets for live events.
• Create high-impact static visual content for apps, websites, and marketing banners.
• Adapt global campaign assets into localized video and design formats for the Mexico market.
• Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to conceptualize creative campaigns and optimize output based on performance data.
• Stay updated on football, design, and internet culture trends to incorporate modern styles into all assets.

Requirements

• Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for static design.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animation.
• Proven experience in video editing, motion design, and static design within a digital marketing environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing multi-format work (video, motion, and static).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• A deep passion for sports, particularly football.
• A sharp understanding of modern football design trends and internet culture.
• Experience optimizing creative assets for various social media and display advertising platforms.
