Responsibilities

• Design web and mobile-based marketing experiences in complex contexts
• Provide design partnership for long form content such as ebooks and reports
• Design and produce social post imagery and advertising creative using AI
• Design presentations, sales collateral, and event materials
• Partner on design and execution of branded merchandise
• Help ensure consistency in Karbon's brand identity across touchpoints
• Collaborate with marketing team on group ideation and execution

Requirements

• Three or more years professional experience in marketing-related design
• Strong ability to work in Figma
• Experience using AI-assisted design or content tools
• Solid layout and visual design skills
• Understanding of web and digital media
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Lightweight video editing ability
• Experience with B2B software brands
