Responsibilities

• Configuring analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag manager, Mixpanel, Hubspot CRM, Segment CDP, Zapier, etc.
• Transforming data into clear, strategic insights that connect performance metrics to broader marketing goals
• Providing marketing teams with campaign performance reports
• Setting up and analyzing marketing revenue attribution models
• Setting up the data layer in marketing tools
• Ensuring data validity and quality
• Driving the team to be more data-driven

Requirements

• 3+ years of working experience in a similar role
• Expert in digital analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Segment CDP, Hubspot
• Experienced in business intelligence tools such as SQL, Tableau, and MS Excel
• Familiarity with online and offline marketing channels
• Fluent in English
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Digital marketing experience
• Experience working in a SaaS company
• Experience in Python for data modelling
• Entrepreneurial mentality and comfort in fast-paced environments
