Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Full management of digital marketing for two hotels (website, social media, campaigns, newsletters)
• Creation and supervision of visual content including photo shoots and video production
• Writing creative briefs for content production
• Community management and social media engagement
• Coordination of organic and paid digital campaigns
• Graphic design for communication supports such as menus, flyers, and posters
• Performance tracking and marketing KPI reporting
• Close collaboration with operational teams (reception, F&B, management)

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing within the hospitality or luxury sector
• Strong creative and aesthetic sensitivity (branding, storytelling, visual content)
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Proficiency in content creation and management tools (Canva, social media, Capcut, etc.)
• Ability to coordinate photo and video shoots
• Autonomous, structured, and results-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills
