About the role
Responsibilities
- Create and manage social media content, including maintaining a weekly content calendar and engaging with followers.
- Coordinate and execute digital marketing projects across platforms such as Google Ads, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and email marketing.
- Monitor and respond to guest feedback on online review sites like Expedia, Booking.com, TripAdvisor, and Google.
- Work with SEO partners to implement paid media initiatives and monitor KPI targets.
- Generate weekly and monthly analytic reports regarding web, social, and online reputation metrics.
- Assist in writing, editing, and designing communication content for blogs, websites, digital ads, and print materials.
- Coordinate the production of print projects, including brochures, signage, and branded collateral.
- Update websites using WordPress CMS and set up promotions on OTAs and Property Management systems.
- Maintain brand standards to ensure all messaging and visual identity align with existing guidelines.
Requirements
- High School graduation plus two years of post-secondary education.
- Three years of related marketing or communications experience.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Experience using Content Management Systems (CMS) and email marketing software.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital engagement.
- Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva.
- Experience developing video and photo communications for digital channels.
- Proven ability to write engaging copy for social media and web content.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- High level of attention to detail and professional communication skills.
