About the role

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage social media content, including maintaining a weekly content calendar and engaging with followers.
  • Coordinate and execute digital marketing projects across platforms such as Google Ads, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and email marketing.
  • Monitor and respond to guest feedback on online review sites like Expedia, Booking.com, TripAdvisor, and Google.
  • Work with SEO partners to implement paid media initiatives and monitor KPI targets.
  • Generate weekly and monthly analytic reports regarding web, social, and online reputation metrics.
  • Assist in writing, editing, and designing communication content for blogs, websites, digital ads, and print materials.
  • Coordinate the production of print projects, including brochures, signage, and branded collateral.
  • Update websites using WordPress CMS and set up promotions on OTAs and Property Management systems.
  • Maintain brand standards to ensure all messaging and visual identity align with existing guidelines.

Requirements

  • High School graduation plus two years of post-secondary education.
  • Three years of related marketing or communications experience.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Experience using Content Management Systems (CMS) and email marketing software.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital engagement.
  • Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva.
  • Experience developing video and photo communications for digital channels.
  • Proven ability to write engaging copy for social media and web content.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • High level of attention to detail and professional communication skills.
