Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assist with marketing programs focusing on public relations, field marketing, and customer reference projects
• Plan, execute, and track marketing initiatives including email, social media, and content marketing
• Coordinate community events by managing logistics, registrations, vendors, and itineraries
• Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels to ensure a consistent brand voice
• Develop and manage content programs, including blogs and social media efforts
• Evaluate campaign performance by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports
• Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution
• Support video production through specialized technical editing and compositing tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Arts, or a related field
• Experience with 2D motion graphics using Adobe After Effects or similar tools
• Experience creating 3D art or composites using Cinema4D or Nuke
• Proficiency in color grading with DaVinci Resolve
• Experience with video editing using Adobe Premiere or similar software
• Experience with VFX compositing, specifically blending live action with CG imagery
• Ability to travel domestically approximately 25% of the time to support on-location video shoots
