Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and formatting of content across brand profiles and the company website
• Own and maintain content calendars, managing deadlines, assets, and approval flows
• Coordinate with Marketing Managers, designers, and copywriters to shepherd ideas to live posts
• Repurpose long-form assets into social-first formats for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
• Perform rigorous QA on links, captions, and formatting before publishing
• Set up, test, and distribute digital marketing email newsletters
• Manage engagement within exclusive community channels
• Leverage AI tools to optimize workflows and draft content variants
• Track baseline social and content performance insights

Requirements

• Previous experience in content coordination, social media, or blog management in a B2B/agency environment
• Exceptional attention to detail regarding visual and written standards
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Deep understanding of social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
• Professional written and spoken English
• Proficiency with tools such as Monday.com, Google Workspace, Buffer, GA4, GSC, and Semrush
• AI literacy and eagerness to use tools like Gemini for workflow efficiency
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively
