About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, prioritize, and organize multiple marketing projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
  • Use Workfront to monitor project progress, break down tasks, and adhere to established timeframes.
  • Act as a communication bridge between Marketing/Creative teams and internal stakeholders such as Merchandising, Legal, and Store Operations.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Support creative operations by assisting with inventory management, signage roll-outs, and print procurement tracking.
  • Assist the Creative team with proofreading and checklist attention to ensure all requested changes are addressed.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in project or traffic coordination (advertising agency or internal creative team experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with all levels of employees and external contacts.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

  • Project management certification.
