Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications
• Manage end-to-end customer journeys from audience segmentation to deployment and post-send analysis
• Analyze campaign performance metrics including open rates, click rates, conversions, and revenue attribution
• Create clear, stakeholder-ready reports to communicate results and inform future strategy
• Design campaign assets using Canva, Figma, or Adobe while adhering to brand guidelines
• Execute A/B and multivariate testing on messaging, creative, timing, and segmentation

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in CRM, lifecycle, retention, or email marketing
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret metrics and draw actionable conclusions from data
• Moderate design skills to independently create and adapt campaign templates and assets
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese
