Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Build and improve AI-driven workflows, agents, prompts, and operational systems using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Codex
• Manage company social media channels end-to-end, including content calendars and LinkedIn content for leadership
• Coordinate podcast recording logistics, edit episodes, and produce promotional clips and assets
• Build and manage LinkedIn outreach workflows, cold email campaigns, and targeted lead databases
• Design and update website pages, landing pages, presentations, pitch decks, and branded materials using Canva
• Create and distribute newsletters, draft outbound emails, and support nurture campaigns
• Coordinate conference logistics, registrations, sponsorships, webinars, and event materials
• Navigate technical platforms such as GitHub, Supabase, and Cloudflare for lightweight updates and configuration changes

Requirements

• Daily hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, or similar platforms
• Strong ability to build AI workflows, prompts, automations, or operational systems
• Excellent written English and strong copywriting skills
• Experience managing marketing, content, outreach, or communication workflows
• Experience creating social media content, newsletters, outreach campaigns, or marketing assets
• Comfortable independently learning and navigating technical platforms and dashboards
• Strong organizational and project management skills across concurrent priorities
• Proficiency with Canva, Google Workspace, and presentation tools
• Reliable remote work setup with stable internet connection
• Self-starter mentality with strong ownership and execution skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in marketing, communications, operations, or content coordination
• Podcast editing, production, or audio/video editing experience
• Experience with Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, LinkedIn automation, or cold outreach systems
• Familiarity with elective healthcare, aesthetics, ophthalmology, medspa, or plastic surgery industries
• Webinar coordination and event logistics experience
• Experience with email marketing platforms and newsletter management
• Familiarity with GitHub, Supabase, or Cloudflare
• Experience with Amazon KDP or self-publishing workflows
• Understanding of social media growth strategies and audience engagement
• Experience using AI tools for design, content scaling, workflow automation, or operational efficiency
