Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support creation of sponsored media placements including email, podcast, and partner ads
• Assist with blog drafting, editing, formatting, and content coordination
• Draft LinkedIn and social media content for Broker Services
• Build marketing emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and execute QA
• Analyze email engagement metrics including open and click-through rates
• Coordinate event communications, promotional assets, and branded materials
• Track project timelines and dependencies using Asana

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B
• Experience with social media, email marketing, and content creation
• Proficiency building emails and performing QA in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience using project management tools like Asana
• Familiarity with creative tools such as Canva and Figma
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in transportation, logistics, freight brokerage, FinTech, or SaaS
