Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage the creative request process for banners, social media, and emails with in-house teams and external agencies
• Follow brand guidelines and manage the approval process, job trackers, and work orders
• Handle administrative marketing tasks including creating purchase orders and submitting invoices to Finance
• Execute seasonal POS initiatives and visual updates, including order tracking and shipments to stores
• Coordinate with retail field operations to execute in-store POS activations
• Support Market Week preparations by organizing samples, printing line sheets, and managing catering
• Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and replenish merchandising guidelines and materials

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing-related software
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing, and campaign coordination
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
