Responsibilities
- Write and produce proposals
- Design presentations and marketing collateral
- Manage website content
- Execute email communications
- Handle photography and social media activities
- Market the company and personnel
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator in AEC or professional services
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines
- Ability to coordinate remotely with other offices
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
