Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, and outreach channels
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide optimization recommendations
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels
  • Manage content calendars using project management tools like ClickUp and Airtable
  • Coordinate with design and video teams on creative asset development
  • Track and report on KPIs including lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI
  • Support marketing automation setup and email campaign management
  • Stay on top of social media trends and incorporate them into content strategy

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of marketing coordination or campaign management experience
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Canva, Airtable, and Google Workspace
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written communication abilities
  • Experience with social media management and content scheduling
  • Basic understanding of email marketing and automation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Pardot, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Klaviyo)
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices
