About the Company

Hospitality Health ER is a freestanding ER in Longview and Tyler, TX that provides personal attention to all patients with first-class care. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional hospitality and customer service to everyone that enters our facility.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Marketing Director with community engagement and maintaining patient-centered focus
  • Maintain inventory of patient and marketing gifts and manage replenishment
  • Coordinate local events including transportation of marketing items and setup/tear-down
  • Manage volunteer sign-ups and scheduling for events
  • Oversee social media posts and content
  • Create and decorate tablescapes and marketing décor
  • Provide support to the VP of Business Development and Marketing Director

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous direct marketing experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Current driver’s license with no restrictions
  • Ability to manage company credit card, petty cash, and company vehicle
  • Proficiency in social media and ability to learn graphic arts for social media
  • Ability to work inside the ER occasionally
