Marketing Coordinator Hematology/Nephrology

Responsibilities

• Support the Franchise Lead and Marketing team with the development, production, and distribution of marketing materials
• Manage external vendors, including communication, event, and creative agencies
• Prepare for local, national, and international congresses
• Handle contract management and logistics for all marketing events
• Monitor marketing KOL activities and ensure compliance with transparency code requirements
• Track marketing spend and collaborate with finance on monthly accruals and budget tracking
• Coordinate and organize workshops, meetings, and maintain agendas/protocols
• Manage administrative and financial workflows for offers, orders, and invoices in adherence to SOPs

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Assistant, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
• Fluency in both German and English (written and oral)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SAP
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities
• High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
• Ability to remain calm and service-oriented in a fast-paced work environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Assistant or Commercial Degree, or an equivalent qualification
